Why I Want to Cage You
I don't come across many submissives who actually want this. It's rare enough that I've mostly stopped expecting it. But it's something that pulls at me deeply anyway, and I want to actually explain why, instead of just admitting to the fantasy and leaving it there.
What Most People Get Wrong
Say the word cage and most people jump straight to punishment, a cell. It's the opposite of that here. A cage, done right, is closer to a sanctuary, a space that's entirely hers, built for her comfort, that happens to have bars around it.
The Trust It Actually Takes
She can't let herself out. Only I can. That's what actually makes it mean something. She's handing over the one thing that would let her leave, trusting me completely to come back for her. Inside, she's safe. I feed her, check on her, make sure whatever she needs is already handled before she'd even have to ask.
For some women that safety runs deeper than comfort. If bad decisions have cost her in the past, there's real relief in a space where she simply can't make one. Nothing to weigh, nothing to get wrong. Just rest, and someone else carrying the responsibility for once.
What's Actually Inside It
Soft bedding, a stuffie to hold onto so her mind has something to settle on instead of racing. How it actually gets decorated is hers to decide, though I won't pretend I don't have a preference, girly, pink, a little princess's cage if she'll let me have that. Either way it gets real care, the same as anywhere else in the house. It ends up feeling like her own little house, not a box she's been put in.
What I Actually Give Up, and How We Make Up for It
I'm a physical man. I want her against me, not a few feet away behind bars, and I won't pretend that part doesn't cost me something. So the door doesn't stay closed forever. She earns her way out of it, and when she does, she comes out to be held, pressed right up against me, closer than she'd have been if the cage had never existed at all.
Where It Actually Lives
Close to me, where I can watch her without having to think about it. By the bed, maybe under it, never far from wherever I actually am. Her own little safe space, right beside mine.
